Grant Guidelines

Please include the following information in your grant application:

Brief History of Your Organization

• Share your organization's journey and milestones.

Mission Statement

• Clearly define your organization's core purpose and values.

Current Programs

• Describe the programs currently in place that align with your mission

Project Description

• Detail the project you propose to use grant funds to support, including project goals (what you aim to achieve with your project)

Proposed Project Budget

• Outline the budget for the project, including other funding sources (any additional financial support you have secured or are seeking)

Success Criteria

• Explain how you will measure the success of the project in meeting its goals.
